Complaints Procedure
Despite our efforts, it can happen that you are not satisfied. In such situations, you can make use of the complaints procedure.
You can submit your complaint to Mr. Willem Stevens per email at Willem.Stevens@equitas.nl in the first instance. We will deal with your complaint in accordance with a complaints regulation drawn up by the Bar Association. In order to make use of the complaints’ procedure, you must submit your complaint to our office within three months after the moment at which you became aware or could reasonably have become aware of the acts or omissions that led to your complaint. We strive to deal with your complaint in writing within six weeks of receipt.
In cases where our internal complaints procedure has not provided an adequate solution, disputes may be submitted to the civil court in Amsterdam.
